Mr. Michael Kalil is born and raised in Jacksonville. A graduate of Wolfson High School, Mr. Kalil attended the University of North Florida where he was active in campus in Student Government as the Chief Justice and ultimately graduated with a bachelors degree in Philosophy. Mr. Kalil attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, focused on trial advocacy. Upon Mr. Kalil’s graduation from Stetson Law, he became an assistant public defender in Jacksonville, trying over 30 trials. Mr. Kalil joined his father John in June, 2011.
Lauren earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in May of 2015, where she graduated cum laude. She attended law school as a recipient of the school’s Merit Scholarship. While at Florida Coastal, she received a Book Award in Insurance Law, an honor given to the student earning the highest grade in the class. Before law school, Lauren received her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science/Pre-Law, with a minor in International Relations from the University of West Florida, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is admitted in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
